In charge of a large 4 tower high rise Office and Residential over 4
Basement levels Project as part of the King Abdullah Financial
District. Project value 1.5 billion Saudi Riyals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
❖ Handing over the project to the client including all project
documentation to the client.
❖ Responsible for all aspects of the work including controlling all
30+subcontractors and managing a staff of over 50 on site.
❖ Dealing with both Client and Resident Engineer requests and
reports and ensuring all consultant’s queries are dealt with in a
professional manner.
❖ Management of HSE; QA/QC/;Construction Teams; Planning ;
QS; Logistics; Coordinators ; teams on site.

In charge of some of major Projects in Saudi Arabia:
1. Riyadh Bus-Stops and Bus Transit Project - Phase 1&2 with
value 2.6 billion Saudi Riyals.
2. Al Rimal Gated Community with Total value 1.6 billion Saudi
Riyals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
❖ Coordinating with Senior Management and Project
Management staff in order to manage QA/QC requirements on
all projects.
❖ Coordinate the implementation of QA/QC management
systems across all projects.
❖ Developing, Managing & Continuously Improving the Quality
Management Systems (QMS) In Saudico Head Office.
❖ Prepare for external audits and liaise with external auditors
❖ Manage training of personnel and promote their awareness of
quality

KAFD - King Abdullah Financial District
❖ Supervised the Civil, Structural, and Environmental works to
ensure compliance with national and local standards including
ASTM, SBC, BS, NFPA.
❖ Monitors and controls all the inspection requests raised by the
site engineers, and record them in a daily log and verifies the
various documents required to be attached and submits it to the
M/s Consultant for inspection.

MECUREY GRAND HOTEL, JUMEIRAH LAKES TOWERS,
DUBAI
In charge of a large a tower high rise Residential with 43-storey
over 4 Basement levels Project as part of Jumeirah Lakes,
Dubai with Project value 1.8 billion AED, INCLUDING FITOUT.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Handing Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction
management of the project.
 Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details,
including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
 Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance
and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance.
Provide recommendations and institute measures for
improvement by modification to operating procedures/work
instructions.

TAMWEEL TOWER, JUMEIRAH LAKES TOWERS, DUBAI
In charge of a large a tower high rise Residential with 34-storey
over 4 Basement levels Project as part of Jumeirah Lakes,
Dubai with Project value 1.1 billion AED.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Coordinating Ensures that all the procedures relating to the
project are understood and are being complied with all
standards.
 Organize, plan and delegates the site inspection activities to the
QA/QC engineers and review their daily reports.
 Control all the non-conforming activities and material to the
project specifications.
 Coordinates with Safety Manager for the project regarding the
safety load test for tower cranes, man hoists, ropes and slings.

ARCH TOWER, JUMEIRAH LAKES TOWERS, DUBAI
In charge of a large a tower high rise Residential with 40-storey
over 4 Basement levels Project as part of Jumeirah Lakes, Dubai
with Project value 900 million AED.
 Manage all Subcontractors Daily on sit following the planning.
 Complete required tasks daily: Timecards, Purchase Orders,
Work Orders, RCC Daily Paperwork.
 Develop and maintain schedule with Superintendent input.
 Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager.
